its the staff make it...

as cathal has mentioned before, this branch is kind of understaffed. but, in agreement, the staff who work there are very friendly and helpful. i had a smashing girl teller who was very friendly and chatty and was genuinely interested in any questions i asked her. i found them very professional and knowledgeable.
though it has to be mentioned, on a friday, monday or tuesday this branch seems to be no go area. the queue is a mile long no matter what time of day.
gerry would recommend. gerry would use again.
