The key is proper drainage and solid foundations. We see too many patios that look grand for six months, then start sinking or cracking. Especially around here where the sea spray gets into everything.

We use quality materials and take time with the prep work. Block paving needs the right sand base. Natural stone requires proper pointing. Porcelain tiles won’t last without correct adhesive for outdoor use.

Our fencing work includes timber treatment that handles Dublin’s damp conditions. The artificial grass we install has proper drainage backing so you don’t end up with swamp grass after heavy rain.

Garden walls get built with proper foundations and damp courses. We’ve repaired too many walls that were just stacked stones with no real structure underneath.

Most jobs take between three to seven days depending on size and weather. We clean up properly and explain how to maintain what we’ve installed.
