How it usually starts

A neighbour showed me a photo on his phone once, just a cracked concrete slab with a puddle sitting on it. That was the whole brief. We turned it into a proper porcelain terrace with low-voltage lighting set into the steps, and he still talks about it.

That kind of job is exactly why I do this work.
