Based where we work

Sandyford is our base, and most of what we do stays within a tight radius. We cover the D18 area daily and know the ground conditions well. We also take on jobs across into Stillorgan regularly, so if you’re nearby, we’re not far.

What we do

We install and renovate outdoor spaces, from full patio builds to garden overhauls. Materials we work with include:

• Porcelain paving
• Indian sandstone
• Limestone slabbing
• Granite paving
• New lawn turfing
• Timber fencing and bricklaying

We do new builds and we renovate existing patios that have seen better days. Honest work, properly finished.

How we approach the job

Proper groundwork matters more than most people realise. We’ve relaid enough patios in places like Belarmine that were originally done without decent sub-base preparation. It costs people twice in the end. We don’t cut that corner, though I’ll admit our paperwork could probably be slicker (we’re tradesmen, not administrators).

However, once we’re on site the standard is consistent. Levels, drainage falls, finished edges, pointing. Every part of it matters to us.

Renovation work

Older gardens often just need a clear plan and the right material choices. We assess what’s worth keeping and what needs to come out. A cracked sandstone patio can sometimes be lifted, re-bedded and look completely different. We’ll tell you straight what the options are.

Done right.

We don’t oversell scope. If a job is straightforward, we say so. If it needs more work underneath than it looks from the surface, we’ll show you before we start rather than after.
