How we actually work

Solid groundwork first, always. If the foundations or the blockwork are not right, everything that goes on top of it is borrowed time, and we have seen too many jobs come to us as rescues because someone skipped that stage.

You will not get a vague quote from us that doubles by the time we finish. We price the job honestly at the start and we stick to it wherever the scope stays the same.

The kind of jobs we know well

Remodelling interiors is a big part of what keeps us busy, particularly older properties in the CH2 area where the layout needs to be opened up or modernised. We work in brick, block, timber and concrete, and we mix those materials based on what each job actually needs, not what is easiest for us to source.

However, the size of the job does not change how we approach it. A small repair gets the same attention as a full extension.
