We’ve done exterior rendering on houses right across this part of Cheshire, including K Rend systems on properties near Ellesmere Port and out towards Helsby. K Rend done properly holds up for years. Done badly, it cracks and lets water in. We’ve fixed enough of those to know the difference.

How we work

No cutting corners. That sounds obvious, but it needs saying. Foundations get dug to the right depth. Blockwork goes up level. We use proper materials, not whatever’s cheapest on the day.

And the honest truth is most building jobs take longer than people expect. We’d rather tell you that upfront than be the firm that goes quiet mid-project.
