Materials we work with

We use what lasts. Porcelain, Indian sandstone, Liscannor flagstone. Good hardcore base, proper compacted sub-base, drainage built in from the start. We have worked with Donegal quartzite too, and it wears harder than most materials people specify half its price.

How we work

No fuss. No overselling. We come out, look at the ground conditions properly, and give you a straight quote. (Some contractors will price it without walking the site, which always ends badly.) We have done this long enough to know where corners get cut, because we used to cut a few ourselves, early doors.

We cover Wickford and the surrounding SS postcodes, so we know the local ground well. Clay-heavy spots near the town centre, drainage problems on newer estates, we have dealt with it before.

Every garden is a working site to us

We do not treat a patio job as a quick driveway knock-off. The prep work takes time. It has to. A solid result depends on what goes underneath, not just the surface material you choose.
