New roofs and flat roofing

Fitting new roofs is a significant job and I take the specification seriously from the start. For flat roofing we work with GRP fibreglass and EPDM rubber membranes, both of which give a long service life when installed correctly. A properly detailed drip edge and correct falls to outlet are what separates a flat roof that performs from one that pools water within a season.

Roof repairs and leaks

Leaks are rarely where they first appear on the ceiling. We trace the source before we price the fix. Ridge tiles lift, flashing pulls back from chimney stacks, lead work cracks in cold snaps. These are the jobs we deal with regularly, most of them in the CW6 postcode area.

Guttering, fascias and soffits

Blocked or broken guttering does real damage over time. We fit uPVC guttering and fascia boards, clear blockages, and reseal joints. It is unglamorous work, however it protects the rest of the roof structure, so it matters.
