What do we actually do?

Building is the trade. That is what we know.

We are based in Manley, Cheshire, and we take on the kind of work that needs to be done properly the first time. Foundations, structural walls, extensions, groundworks, the full scope. Not every job is glamorous, but every job matters to the people who live in that house.

What kind of projects do we handle?

We work across a broad range of building work, from loft conversions and garage conversions through to new builds and full renovations. Can a single team really cover all of that to a consistent standard? We believe so, because the core skills carry across every project we take on.

One job we come back to regularly is building a brick porch at the front door. It sounds straightforward (and honestly it is, once you have done a few hundred), however the detail in the brickwork and the tie-in to the existing structure is where it is easy to get it wrong.

Where do we work?

We cover Manley and the surrounding area, including Frodsham, Delamere, and Tarporley. These are villages and semi-rural settings where the ground conditions and the age of the housing stock throw up their own challenges. We are used to that.

Why work with us?

We do not oversell ourselves. Our team turns up, does the work, and leaves the site clean. That is what we hear back from customers more than anything else, which is a low bar when you think about it, but apparently not everyone clears it.
