Loft conversions and structural work

Loft conversions are something we have done hundreds of times across BR2, BR3, and the surrounding postcodes. A Velux conversion, a dormer, a hip-to-gable, or a full mansard, each one involves cut or engineered timber, steel beam installation, and a structural opening through a load-bearing wall in most cases. We carry that work ourselves rather than subcontracting the structural element.
