What we actually do well

Converting garages is one job we get called for a lot. Homeowners want usable space, and a garage conversion is often the most straightforward way to get it without breaking the bank on a full extension.

We work in brick, block, and concrete across all stages of a build. Foundations, drainage, internal alterations, the lot. We don’t subcontract the core work out to whoever’s available that week.

I’ll admit we’re not the flashiest firm you’ll find online (our website has no drone footage, which probably says enough), but the standard of our builds speaks for itself across the CH63 area and beyond.

How we work

We keep communication straightforward. You get a clear quote, a realistic timeline, and we show up when we say we will. However things develop on site, we keep you in the loop rather than presenting surprises at the end.

We’ve built extensions where the ground conditions threw us a few curveballs, and we’ve worked on Victorian terraces where nothing was square. That kind of experience matters more than a polished sales pitch.
