Cast iron versus modern aluminium

Older properties near us (and there are plenty of them out towards Fonthill Road) often have cast iron guttering that is worth restoring rather than ripping out. We can re-seal, re-hang and repaint it properly. However, if the iron is too far gone, aluminium seamless guttering is what we fit instead. It will not rust, it sits cleanly on the fascia, and we take fascia capping aluminium colour matching seriously because a mismatched grey on a red-brick house looks terrible.

Fascia and soffit work

Rotting timber fascia is usually what causes the gutter to pull away. We deal with the root problem. New uPVC fascia and soffit boards go up clean and straight. We connect everything back to your existing soakaways and gullies properly.

We are not the flashiest outfit this side of the Spawell. Good work. Fair price. Tidy site when we leave. That is genuinely it (I will admit the paperwork side of things is not my strongest suit, but the guttering is).
