Lucan Guttering

Guttering that does its job.

Proper rainwater management. That is what we are here for. If your gutters are blocked, sagging, or pulling away from the fascia board, water will find its way into places it should never reach. We fix that, and we fit it right first time.

What we do

Based in Lucan, County Dublin, we cover guttering installation, repair, and full replacement across the local area. We work with uPVC, aluminium, and cast iron. For larger runs we can install continuous cast-on-site rainwater channels, which eliminates joints entirely and cuts down on leaks over time.

  • New gutter installation and full system replacement
  • uPVC, ogee, half-round, and square-line profiles
  • Aluminium seamless gutters
  • Cast iron gutter restoration
  • Downpipe repair and replacement, including hopper heads
  • Soffit and fascia board replacement
  • Leaf guards and gutter mesh fitting
  • Connection to existing soakaways and gullies
  • Rainwater diverter and water butt installation

All our materials come from reliable suppliers. We source fascia boards and uPVC drainage fittings through Chadwicks, so the quality is consistent and the profiles are standard.

Warning signs your gutters need replacing

A repair is sometimes enough, however some problems point to a full replacement being the smarter call. Watch out for:

  • 1. Cracks or splits along the gutter channel
  • 2. Rust staining running down external walls
  • 3. Sagging sections where the fall has gone
  • 4. Paint peeling on fascia boards directly behind the gutter
  • 5. Persistent overflow in normal rainfall

When the fascia board itself has softened or rotted behind the bracket, the fixings have nothing solid to grip, it is not worth patching around that.
