Converting garages is something we get called out for regularly around here. A lot of homes near Helsby and out towards Runcorn have garages that have not seen a car in years. We turn them into usable rooms, properly insulated and plastered, with the structural opening addressed correctly.

How we work

We use cavity wall construction with full-fill mineral wool insulation as standard on extensions, which matters more than people realise for building regulations compliance. You get the build done right first time, not chased up later by inspectors.

Before any price is agreed, I want to see the site. Every plot is different, the ground conditions around Frodsham Hill and the WA6 postcode area vary more than you might expect, and I would rather give you an accurate number than a guess that shifts later.
