What we actually do on site

On older properties around Kilkenny City and out towards Thomastown and Graiguenamanagh, we see a lot of solid stone walls and uninsulated attics that have never been touched. External wall insulation finished with silicone render is one of the more complete solutions we install, it sorts heat loss and weather resistance in one go. But spray foam is also something we use regularly where access is tight and a quick, clean application makes more sense.

We also assist homeowners with SEAI grant applications. It is not glamorous work, however it saves people real money and we know the process well enough to make it straightforward.

Damp, condensation, and BER ratings
