We’re based here in Lucan, Dublin, handling patio installations and repairs right across the area. Been doing this work for years now, and we know what works in Irish weather.

What do we actually do?

Simple answer: we sort out your outdoor space properly. Patios that don’t puddle, walls that stay standing, fences that handle the wind.

What’s the typical job like?

Most of our calls are terraced houses where rear access is tight. We work around that constraint all the time. Sometimes it’s limestone slabs going through a narrow side passage, other times it’s porcelain tiles that need cutting to size on site.

We handle the full job from groundwork up. Proper drainage, solid foundations, clean finish. No shortcuts.

What areas do we cover?

Lucan obviously, but we regularly work in Clondalkin, Palmerstown, Chapelizod, and right into the Dublin 20 area. Anywhere within reasonable distance where we can get the materials to you.

How do we price jobs?

We come out, measure up, talk through what you actually need versus what you think you want. Sometimes that saves you money, sometimes it means doing it right costs a bit more upfront.

No hidden extras. Materials, labour, cleanup, disposal of the old stuff. All in the quote.

What about timing?

Weather dependent, obviously. But we plan around that. Better to wait a few days than lay slabs on soggy ground and have problems later.

Most patio jobs take three to five days once we start. Depends on access, size, and whether you’re having walls or fencing done as well.
