Who we are

: Waterford. That’s where we’re based, where we work, and where most of our customers are.

We’ve been putting roofs on houses across this city and county for years. From the Tramore Road to the quays, out past Dunmore East and back around towards the Comeragh foothills, we know the weather these roofs have to deal with. It’s not gentle.

What do we actually do?

Good question. Here’s the straight answer:

• Roof repairs, big and small
• Fitting new roofs and flat roofs
• Roof leak tracing and fixing
• Guttering, fascia, and soffits
• Chimney repairs and repointing
• Ridge tiling

Flat roofs are something we do a lot of. Extensions, garage roofs, commercial units. We use torch-on felt and GRP fibreglass depending on what the job calls for. We don’t just slap on whatever’s cheapest.

Why does that matter?

Because a bad repair done fast is money thrown away. We see it constantly, someone has a leak patched by whoever answered the phone first, and six months later the water’s back in through the same spot. Could you blame them for being frustrated?

We take the time to find the actual source. Leaks travel. What you see on the ceiling isn’t always where the problem is on the roof.

The way we work

We show up when we say we will, which sounds basic but apparently isn’t. We give you a straight price before we start. If something changes once we’re up on the roof and we find more damage, we’ll tell you before we do anything extra. No surprises on the invoice.

We work across Waterford city and county. Older slate roofs, concrete tiles, felt flat roofs, we’re comfortable across all of it. Some of the terraces around the city centre have roofs that haven’t been touched in forty years and they’re grand, the work just needs doing properly.
