What we do

Plastering, rendering, and damp

We do a lot of plastering and sand-and-cement rendering across Kent. Honestly, the number of walls we find that have been skimmed straight over a damp problem is remarkable. We deal with the root cause first.

When damp is present, we carry out full damp proofing before any finishing work goes near the wall. That includes putting in a chemical damp proof anchor where the existing DPC has failed or was never there to begin with. No point plastering over a problem.

Structural and groundworks

Structural alterations need careful handling. Whether it is removing a load-bearing wall, underpinning, or opening up a ground floor, we work with structural engineers where required and handle the brickwork, blockwork, and concrete ourselves.

General maintenance

Smaller jobs matter too. Repointing, brick repairs, patching render, fixing drainage issues around the building line. We take these on regularly between larger projects.
