Converting garages is something we get called out for regularly. People want that space to actually work for them, and we make sure the structure, insulation, and finishes are done to a proper standard, not just patched together.
How we work
We plan before we dig. We check levels. We don’t skip the prep. Every job gets looked at on its own terms, because no two sites are the same, even on the same street.
We’ve worked on properties near the Leas, down toward Sandgate, and across into the Cheriton end of town. Older properties especially (and there are plenty of them around CT20) can throw up surprises once you open up a wall or dig a trench. We deal with that without drama.
Materials and methods
We work with facing brick, dense concrete block, sand and cement render, and lime-based mixes where the building calls for it. Solid materials, applied correctly. That’s really it.
Short sentences matter on site. Measure twice. Cut once. Check the level. No shortcuts. That’s the standard we hold ourselves to every day.
We don’t subcontract the core work out. The people who quote your job are the people who turn up and do it.
