How it started

A customer once said to me, “I just want someone who shows up.” That stuck with me, because it really is that simple sometimes.

We have been building and renovating across Hythe and the surrounding area for years, and reliability is the thing we hear about most when people come back to us.

What we actually do

We handle the kind of work that changes how a house feels, from the foundations up. Extensions, loft conversions, structural alterations, and groundworks are the backbone of what we do day to day.

A new garage, for instance, is one of those jobs that sounds straightforward but touches nearly every trade, groundworks, brickwork, roofing, electrics coordinated around it. We manage all of that so you are not chasing four different people.

Where we work

Most of our work sits in and around Hythe itself, though we regularly work out towards Folkestone, Sandgate, and the villages along the Royal Military Canal corridor. We know the local ground conditions, the soil, the drainage quirks, and what the planners here tend to ask for.

A straight word about us

I will be honest, we are not the flashiest outfit you will find online (however you judge these things). What we are is a small, dependable team that takes the work seriously and leaves a site tidy.

Every job gets a proper quote, no grey areas, and we keep you in the loop as the build moves forward. That is just how we prefer to work.
